I have been to the very core of despair, I have seen it's purity, and watched
it wash everything else away.  When you have lost everything, when you have 
nothing left but your own will, that is when it will come, and it will eat 
away at your will, at your very soul.  And when you meet despair face to 
face, once you have become friends with it, intimate with it, it will free 
you.  When despair is all that is left it will wash away your ego, your 
consience, your hopes, your dreams, your bitterness, everything.  It will 
free you of everything, and things will make sense, they will become clear. 
At the point when nothing remains, only then will you be where I am, only 
then will you truely see me.  The Spirit of Despair.
