Lilith stands in the abondoned Caliga clanhall...well, almost abondoned. 'You are a very confusing man.' She accused the Dark Pariah.' She moved from where she leaned against the wall to stand before him.'I wonder what goes on in that mind of yours. You never really say.' She looked to Jvar curiously. Jvar smirked. 'That would be telling.' He said it as if it was answer enough. She raised her eyebrow at Jvar in question. Jvar went on. 'If I told you what went on in my mind, I would no longer be a mystery to you, and no longer be of interest' Amused, she asked 'Oh, is that so?' 'Would the fish tank be as interesting to watch if you completly understood it?' He glanced up at her. She thought about it a moment. 'No, I suppose not, but I do not seek to completly understand, just a little.' She smiled at him. 'And is my interest really that important to you?' Jvar seemed to shrug verbally. 'Perhaps.' 'Things don't always lose my interest once I understand them, I'll admit, they aren't as interesting, but interesting all the same.' 'In time all may make sense.' He told her simply. She nodded. 'Yes, but if I lost interest in something once I understood it, then I would hav very little to do, now wouldn't I?' She shruged. 'Don't worry, you'll always be of interest to me, I'm sure.' He smirked at her. 'You think you understand so much do you?' 'No, but I haven't lived very long, I don't take myself for anyone wise. I was saying that in time, I would have little to do. There is alot I don't understand, I'm not foolish enough to think I know everything.' She looked down at him. He glanced up at her. 'Were you not bound to another would you think yourself to possibly spend eternity with me?' The question surprised her and she shruged. 'Yes, I suppose I could.' Jvar regarded her for a long moment as if he didn't believe her, or was trying to find out if she was serious. 'Are you going to tell me what you are thinking, or let me wonder about it?' Lilith asked again, passing off the question that caught her so off guard. Jvar deftly flicked his dagger out and scratched her cheek then ran a cold finger along the scratch taking up the blood and licking it from his own fingertip. 'That.' He informed her. She raised a brow in surprise and forced out. 'Well, interesting thought.' Jvar grined Darkly 'And you?' He asked. 'What are you thinking?' She just shrugged helplessly in response. 'You are as guilty of keeping your thoughts to yourself as you acuse me of.' Jvar accused her. She smiled slightly. 'I did not accuse.' Being she has actually asked, it was true. Jvar stepped closer to her suddenly. Lilith glanced at him curiously out the corner of her eye. Jvar closed the gap until their noses were nearly touching, clearly surprising the sidhe as she arched a startled brow at him. He spoke in low tones, the smell of death pungent on his breath. 'If I put my arms around you and held you against me, would you resist?' Without a second of thought she shook her head. Jvar slide his hands onto her hips then around from her hips to the small of her back, and then suddenly pressed her to him. Lilith smiled slightly and whispered in his ear 'A very confusing man.' Jvar kept one arm across the small of her back and ran the other hand up her spine, pressing the muscles on either side with his fingers until his hand stoped between her shoulderblade and whispered back. 'I know.' She shivered but didn't move. Jvar pressed a pair of cold lips silently into her neck. Lilith wrapped her arms around his neck, forgetting for a moment all her problems. Sliding his cold lips along her flesh from her neck to her ear, never losing contact, he whispered 'What would you like of me?' Giving herself a mental slap she said. 'What I would like, and what I can have are two different things.' Jvar asked 'How so?' 'I stand by my oaths, if I like them or not.' Just being there threatened to break her honor, and she knew it. Jvar bit down slightly on her ear lobe then slid his teeth off, whispering softly 'Tell me how you would chose this moment to end, and it shall be that way.' 'I can't, if I did, I would be lieing.' She wouldn't lie, most certainly not to him. Wanting and getting were never one in the same for her it seemed. Jvar pressed his body tightly to hers and whispered 'The decision lies with you.' Her regretful sigh was answer enough and he squeezed her tight for a moment longer then released her. Yet the sidhe didn't move, saying 'I should go.' But still she remained motionless. Making the first move again. Jvar stepped back and knelt by the pool of blood, looking deeply into it as if in thought. He reached out and touched it's surface causing ripples to cry out in all directions from his touch. Jvar spoke quietly . 'Two words haunt me.' Lilith knelt down beside him, reaching out a hand to turn his face to look at her. 'Which?' Jvar looked deep into her eyes and said. "If only." She smiled sadly and rans her fingers down his cheek lightly. 'I know those words well.' Then impulsively she kissed him. 'Good night.' Jvar closed his eyes and felt the warmth drawn from her body as she stood back up and backed away from him. Jvar savored her kiss for that brief moment before she left, then she was gone. Back in her own tower she sighed, looking around at her shattered life. She whispered to herself. 'If only.'
