Home is where the Hurt is. As I sit here locked inside my head. Remembering everything you said. I love you, I hate you, I can't live without you. This dark room is large, but doesn't seem too open, and has many small alcoves where you can talk. The chairs are heavy, black wood, well padded for comfort while drinking. The entire room has been done in soft black leather and deep blood red silks. The only light comes from several scattered candles and eerie red globes of light. Several comfortable chairs sit around the room. A gate shimmered into view, dark magics holding it open as someone arrived through it, then it closed again behind them. Looking around Jvahr spoke. 'I can not see you' He paused to look carefully where the gate had opened. 'I can sense you, but can not see you' A quite voice spoke now from the darkness. 'That's generally the idea.' Followed by the sounds of someone landing lightly on the ground and the movement of wings. Shortly after Lilith appeared out of nowhere before the quickling. Jvahr looked slightly relieved upon her revieling herself. Lilith folded her wings around her shoulders like a cloak, adjusting them before turning her gaze on him. Jvahr steps side to side around the room with his hands outstretched as if feeling the air around him for others that might be hiding but can find only the demoness. (Translucent) (Dark Shadow) The imposing figure of Lilith stands here Content they are alone he says 'So many things have changed, so many things have stayed the same.' Folding her hands behind her back, the demoness peered at him. 'You'd better have a very good reason for bothering me.' Jvahr eyed Lilith. 'Returning through the mist is not a good enough reason?' Jvahr let his eyes narrow as anger showed through slightly but maintained his composure. Lilith arched a brow and circled around him like a wolf might a deer it was about to take down. 'That depends I suppose.' She commented. 'Depends on what?' He frowned slightly. 'On who are you, and why you came.' It didn't actually seem to be a question, more a statement. Then she stood waiting to see what his answer would be. 'Don't you know me? can't you see it in my eyes?' He looked at her incrediously, clearly not believing she didn't. 'I promised you once I would never leave you, I intend to make good on that promise, no matter what the gods say.' Lilith smiled coldly and stoped her circling infront of him. It seemed that was just the answer she was waiting for. 'Perhaps I gave you more credit in intelligence then to dare come back.' Jvahr looked Lilith up and down at that. 'Looking for something in peticular?' She arched a fine brow at him. 'Intelligence??? you think my returning was a lack of intelligence?' The anger in his voice becoming clear. The demon narrows her eyes slightly. 'I think I vowed to hunt you down, torment and enslave and perhaps even kill you. And I think you just walked right to me instead.' He looked at her and blinked. 'And why would you do something like that?' Lilith taped her claws together. 'You promised to never leave me. You left me. All oathbreakers are the same to me.' 'Were I an oathbreaker I would not be standing here today, perhaps had had given YOU too much credit for intelligence.' He shook his head, getting more and more agitated. Lilith looked thoughtful for a moment. 'No, that's not true, you left a special little place on my list.' She looks back to him at his words and narrowed her eyes slightly once more. 'You are lucky you are still even standing right now. Perhaps you've missunderstood where you stand here.' Jvahr raiseed his voice in now uncontroled anger. 'I face the gods over you! They cast me into darkness for years! Strip me of my power! All for you! and you have the audacity to treat me this way?!!!! Now I wonder why I ever had any faith in you.' Lilith narrowed her eyes further into flickering slits, but her tone remained coldly calm. Either carefully and precisely controlled or truely not caring. 'You did it for me? I find that hard to believe.' Jvahr slumped into the chair behind him, a once proud man looking almost completely defeated as he waved a dismissing hand. 'Believe what you will, it's beyond me.' Tilting her head with a sound that could almost be teeth cracking, she carefully answered. 'Fine. Explain yourself. I'll give you that atleast.' Jvahr droped his eyes to the ground with a resigned look. 'It seems so pointless to even try, you've already made up your mind.' Lilith moved to stand over him, folding her arms and looking down at him with undisguised contempt in her firey eyes. 'Look at yourself, you're not even worth breaking. I imagined it so many times, the years it would take, and you come back already broken.' She shook her head in disgust. 'Pathetic.' 'No, I wasn't broken, not until this moment, trust me, you can take your pleasure, years of tortures by the gods could do nothing to me, but in a moment, with a few words you were able to break me, you are right...pathetic' He looked almost like he'd smirk, but it vanished again to a look of almost despair. 'Pathetic that I ever trusted you, that I ever believed in you, that I ever cared about you.' Something in the demons eyes flicker slightly, as if she'd been physically hit, but she doesn't move otherwise. 'What did you expect Pariah. I trusted you with what heart I had left. Did you think there would still be something when you came back?' Jvahr mouthed the word Pariah to himself and let a single tear fall to the floor, perhaps for the first time in his entire existance.'It was not I who abandoned you, I kept you in my heart through agony and tortures that you could not even imagine, it was you who abandoned me, we will continue this another time, maybe' The demons hand twitched at the tear as if she were going to reach out, if to comfort or attack wasn't clear however. Still she remained unmoving as he stood and left the room. Jvahr leaves....
